International Art Exchange: The Canadian Arctic
This
is a drawing by Becky, age 9, featuring men hunting for caribou and seal,
a kayaker and a snowmobile with sled. The words on Becky's drawing say, "Have
you seen a sled before? Long long ago at winter time, they (the Inuit people)
use to live in igloos. In summer, they hunted for fish, seals, caribou and
whale. They kayaked in the sea."
